Are you new in town? Come to a New in Town Meetup to mingle with other new and not-so-new locals. Find fun things to do, cool places to go and a bunch of friends to come with you!
Ok, that was the default text. Here's my take: It seemed a little silly to me that there are 126 people who have signed up expressing an interest in a New In Town group in the Kansas City area, including a handful of folks ready to help organize the events. Yet we were still at the Meetups in the Making status. I'm hoping to push us over to having an actual group, but have never orchestrated anything like this - nor am I certain that I even want to - so I'm going to need help from each and every one of you!
