Welcome! We hike from a fraction of a mile to tens of miles, mostly in Santa Cruz County. Sometimes we will carpool up to one hour from Santa Cruz. Read the description carefully for each hike. My name's John, I've been eating Paleo since December 2010 and I'm a student at UC Santa Cruz. Listening to Robb Wolf's podcast and chatting with other Crossfitters used to be my only interaction with other people who live and love paleo. This group aims to change that!
