Camp Latte is an old-time favorite of many zMotion members with a social vibe and strong training regimen. The team leaves from Starbucks (Starbucks at Shoppes at Boca Center; 5250 Towne Center Circle in Boca Raton) and starts by going North to Spanish River, then East to A1A, North to Lake Worth, and then returns. The ride is just over 40 miles round trip. The speed is usually an even pace line of 18-22 mph and the team sports about a dozen regulars each week.

Hi Guys, for everyone interested in playing indoor volleyball - SugarSand park is the place to be - Saturday between 6:30PM and 10:00PM. It is indoor volleyball and Greater Boca Raton District residents get in for free. There is a $5 fee for non-residents (as per park regulations: http://www.sugarsandpark.org/field-house-open-play). There are two volleyball courts. They are in great condition. Occasionally one of the courts is taken between 7:00PM and 8:30PM.

We are building the group at Duffy's Sports Bar in Boca Raton. It's on St. Andrews Blvd, just west of the Town Center Mall.
